LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Long-time teacher and education advocate Max Morley announced he will be running to be the next state representative of Kentucky's 30th District on Wednesday. It's an area just south of the Watterson Expressway. 


The area is currently represented by fellow Democrat and incumbent Rep. Daniel Grossberg.
